About Ariana

Ariana is an Associate at JHK Legal with over eight years of diverse experience across various roles in commercial law firms.

Throughout her career, Ariana has extensively worked on banking and finance (with special expertise in property finance), conveyancing, complex land title transactions, and leasing matters. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including ASX-listed lending institutions, banks, small businesses, and individuals.

Ariana’s broad experience enables her to deliver commercially pragmatic solutions tailored to her clients’ needs. She thrives on the challenges and outcomes that transactional work presents. Committed to fostering clear and open communication, Ariana ensures her clients are informed and involved at every stage of the legal process ensuring a speedy transaction. Her dedication to excellence, combined with her approachable and pragmatic style, has earned her recognition and appreciation from clients, stakeholders and colleagues alike.

Ariana holds a Bachelors of Law from Northwest University of Politics and Law (China) and a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales. She was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015 and currently holds a practicing certificate in New South Wales.

Beyond her legal career, Ariana enjoys travelling, gardening, cooking, and dedicating her weekends to volunteer work.
