Dakota is currently an Associate at JHK Legal after graduating from Griffith University and being admitted in 2019. Throughout her career Dakota has assisted clients with property, commercial, debt recovery, QCAT, civil litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Dakota has worked with a clients ranging from directors of companies, to everyday people needing some general advice and guidance.
More recently Dakota has worked on a bankruptcy matter in relation to a dispute between the bankrupt (our client) and the bankruptcy trustee. Dakota was able to assist in saving our client $20,000.00, by appealing an incorrect assessment of Fringe Benefit Tax made by the bankruptcy trustee.
Dakota is very approachable, extremely efficient and always aims to provide her clients with practical advice, to achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of the law Dakota likes to go camping at the beach and spending time with her family.
