About Lily

Lily is currently a Junior Lawyer at JHK Legal with extensive experience in finance and property law. Lily has worked on various mortgage transactions, residential and commercial property conveyancing, leasing, and large-scale hotel transactions across NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT for ASX listed investment funds, national property developers, and international funds. She has also assisted with commercial litigation, debt recovery and company title property transactions.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Lily effectively communicates with a broad range of clients, providing clarity and transparency throughout legal processes. Her proactive approach ensures clients are informed and involved at every stage of the legal process, enhancing trust and satisfaction.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Lily also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023, she currently holds a practicing certificate in NSW.

Beyond her legal career, Lily enjoys gaming, exploring new restaurants and volunteering for community initiatives.
